These are the terms under which we offer our website and services. By using the site, you agree to them.

The site

This website is for information about our restaurant — menu, location, hours, and contact. We try to keep it accurate and current; occasional menu items or prices may have changed since our last update. When in doubt, call us.

Reservations

Phone reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. After that, we may release the table. If you'll be late, call and we'll do our best to hold it.

Takeout orders

Takeout is prepared fresh at the time of pickup. Please check your order before leaving — we can't remake dishes after you've left the restaurant.

Allergies & dietary restrictions

Let your server know about any allergies on arrival. Our kitchen is not allergen-free — we handle peanuts, shellfish, soy, and wheat. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.

Intellectual property

The photos, menu copy, and design on this site belong to Old Saigon Vietnamese Bistro. Please don't reuse them without asking us first.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services and this website as-is. To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability for any claim relating to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the related visit or order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
