This website does not collect personal information automatically. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. If you call us to make a reservation or order takeout, we only record the information needed to serve you (your name, phone number, and the items ordered).

How we use it

Reservation and order information is used only to confirm your booking or prepare your food. We do not share it with third parties, sell it, or use it for marketing.

Cookies

Our website uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Essential session cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance — these expire when you close your browser.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — serves our website and handles security. Standard server logs (IP, user agent) are retained briefly for abuse prevention.
• Google Maps — the static map image on our contact page is served by Google. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.

Data retention

Reservation records are kept for 30 days to help handle no-shows and double bookings. Takeout orders are kept for 90 days for refund/dispute handling. After that, we purge them.

Your rights

You can request that we delete any information we have about you by calling us or writing to us at the address on our contact page. We'll confirm the deletion within one business day.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the change.
