Our Kitchen

Bones, patience, and time.

Our phở broth begins at dawn — beef bones, charred onion, star anise, cinnamon, cardamom — and simmers gently for hours until the kitchen smells like home.

Rice paper is rolled to order. Vermicelli is blanched fresh. Herbs arrive daily. Every dish on our menu is cooked the way it was in our grandmother's kitchen in Saigon — and we wouldn't have it any other way.
